This unique product is only available through credit unions for their retired members. There are three different packages available.

Package 1: HMSA Vision and Dental and the Chiropractic Benefit (ChiroPlan Hawaii)
Package 2: Kaiser Medical, Vision, and the Chiropratic Benefit (ChiroPlan Hawai and HDS Dental)
Package 3. HDS Dental
